What we liked best about them was 1) that they're extremely responsive & flexible so if we ever needed any information, comps, or visits they were quick to respond by text or call and would be there at the drop of a hat and 2) that they are very trustworthy & reasonable-- meaning, at no point did we feel they were trying to "sell" us and they gave honest and expert advice but always making sure we knew it was our decision and they were at our service to do what we preferred.
