Edith was amazing taking the time to break down the legal lingo so we would know exactly what we signing! And every house we saw Edith noted things that were off and that would be flagged by the inspector. Saving us time and money. Having Edith as our realtor was the best decision we made. She was very flexible working around both mine and my Hunnybunns schedule. And always replying to our question via text when we had them. Even when we closed Edith had our backs. (Our escrow officer wasn’t the best.) But Edith was on top of her game stepping up to help us understand what the escrow officer didn’t. She made us feel like a priority worked with our deadline and knew what we wanted without going out of our budget! Saving us literally thousands of dollars!
