I'd know for years that I would eventually have to sell my mom's house when she passed so I started looking for someone a while ago. Once we had an offer, she partnered me with a closing company and advised me perfectly on what to do about things that came up during inspection. This was SO EASY WITH HER. Our family recently had the good fortune to work with Eden Jordan and her team, and I cannot say enough good things about their commitment to make selling your home their top priority.
