We chose Eden to sell our primary residence a couple years ago and had an excellent experience so when we got ready to sell one of our rental units, she was our first choice. We were overwhelmed with moving worries. The task of selling our house and moving into Assisted Living seemed impossible until we met Eden Jordan. She is very calm and professional. Eden looked at the house and introduced us to her team member, Nonie Larson of Jax Staging. They assured us our house would be on the market by June 1st. We set a moving date of May 15, 2023, but were doubtful we'd be packed and ready by that date with our old age and handicaps. Eden sent the Jax Staging team within a few days. They worked diligently packing boxes for us and all we had to do was tell them what we wanted to keep, donate or toss. Eden and Nonie went to our new apartment ahead of the move and measured the space. Then they told us exactly what pieces of our furniture would fit. Sure enough, Eden put our house up for sale by June 1st as she promised. Three days later she called and told us we had a cash offer for a thousand dollars more than our asking price. I can't give Eden Jordan enough praise for a job well done. We're just very thankful we engaged her to be our real estate agent.

Mrs. Jordan and her team are unmatched! She has many roles she plays. First and foremost as a realtor, she is always prompt and answered all our questions and concerns. Extremely knowledgeable and familiar with all areas of real estate. As a therapist, she eased my inhibitions as I am a worrier. Mrs. Jordan was able to settled me down and assured me that everything was fine (and it was). She played coach at times to get me moving which is sometimes what we all need (especially me). I'd know for years that I would eventually have to sell my mom's house when she passed so I started looking for someone a while ago. Eden is a friend from High School that I kept in touch with at arms length via FaceBook and one of the things I had noticed is that she seemed to have a COMMAND OF THE CLAY COUNTY MARKET - especially in Orange Park where I grew up, so I knew that she would be the first person I'd call. I contacted her about 5 mos before we were ready to put the house on the market and it turned out that my situation had become somewhat of a little niche for her. After all was done in getting the house ready to sell, we ended up with a premium home to sell and were able to list it for about 50K more than we would have had we listed it as soon as when I first called Eden, furthermore, we sold the house for 5K over the asking price - she SAW A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH and this would have never happened with out her help and PATIENCE. Once we had an offer, she partnered me with a closing company and advised me perfectly on what to do about things that came up during inspection. This was SO EASY WITH HER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS.
