I'd know for years that I would eventually have to sell my mom's house when she passed so I started looking for someone a while ago. After all was done in getting the house ready to sell, we ended up with a premium home to sell and were able to list it for about 50K more than we would have had we listed it as soon as when I first called Eden, furthermore, we sold the house for 5K over the asking price - she SAW A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH and this would have never happened with out her help and PATIENCE. Once we had an offer, she partnered me with a closing company and advised me perfectly on what to do about things that came up during inspection. This was SO EASY WITH HER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS.

Our family recently had the good fortune to work with Eden Jordan and her team, and I cannot say enough good things about their commitment to make selling your home their top priority. The first fact is they know the Fleming Island market exceptionally well, helping us to price the home above what we expected going in, and have it sold in a month.
