Once we decided on the one we wanted, he took on all the negotiations to agree on a price. The sellers where very difficult, but Eddie was patient and skillful in how to handled the deal. Eddie made the whole process very easy on us. He managed all the paperwork and handling of coordination between the many parties involved the sale.
