Eddie helped us purchase our dream home and was extremely professional from first meeting to handing over the keys. We were not in town for much of the process and he helped us push through the deal with difficult sellers, recommended excellent contractors, and provided plenty of personal touches from lending us a fridge and giving us cooking equipment to fixing things on the house. There was not one step of the way where he wasn't really helpful and positive. If you need someone you can trust to source and deliver a property in the Santa Barbara area, Eddie's your man.
