“To be of magnificent use to those who need you, when they need you most.” - Cretian history definition of a hero
This historical saying resonates with me deeply. “To be of magnificent use”… To be a Realtor, is to be a guide. A negotiator. A marketer. An ambassador. A therapist, in some cases. To help protect and work in the best interest of our clients without prejudice.
I was meant to be a Realtor. I was meant to be of service to and for my clients. I feel my years of experience growing up and working in the building supply business as well as my real estate training has groomed me to give exceptional counsel to my clients with every interaction.
When you are buying or selling a home, in most cases, it involves the sale of the most expensive item you have ever purchased and you feel as if you have no control. This can cause fear and insecurity. There’s the influence of the other Realtor, the seller or buyer, the inspector, the appraiser, the lender and the results of each step in the process.
My role as your Realtor, is to help you through these uncertain times. To give you the right information and facts to help you feel empowered to make the right decisions. My years of experience, training and access to information will give you certainty in making these sometimes difficult decisions.
