Eddie was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also patient and kind. He worked with us even when we were across the country always taking the time to explain each step, answer our questions, and guide us through decisions with care. What really stood out to us was how much he genuinely cared about finding the right fit, not just making a sale. He went above and beyond, paying attention to details we wouldn’t have thought of and steering us clear of places that were safety concerns etc. He really knows the city of Baltimore so well.
