Ed is smart and works hard. We were having a lot of trouble figuring out how to make things work for us to buy a house, but he listened carefully and had some great suggestions. We ended up falling in love with a house that he found for us. He went out of his way to help us look at different options and was always great at communicating, even at odd times based on my somewhat-strange schedule. Ed was fantastic. We were looking for a realtor who was extremely responsive but did not attempt to drag us to properties we weren't interested in, since we wanted to do most of our searching using online tools and only look at houses that really spoke to us. He did this perfectly, and was always willing to show us houses at times that worked for us.
