Ed is smart and works hard. We were having a lot of trouble figuring out how to make things work for us to buy a house, but he listened carefully and had some great suggestions. We ended up falling in love with a house that he found for us. He went out of his way to help us look at different options and was always great at communicating, even at odd times based on my somewhat-strange schedule. I would highly recommend Ed to help anyone find and close on a house.

I bought my first home with Ed Toman. I looked for a house for quite a while and ended up purchasing a duplex near Piedmont. The house was a short sale. Ed warned me that these types of sales can be difficult and take a long time. He was right on both counts. But Ed stuck with me through the whole process and consistently answered all my questions along the way. If he ever didn't have some piece of information, he was quick to find out and get back to me. If you are looking to buy a home, I would recommend Ed.

Ed was fantastic. We were looking for a realtor who was extremely responsive but did not attempt to drag us to properties we weren't interested in, since we wanted to do most of our searching using online tools and only look at houses that really spoke to us. He did this perfectly, and was always willing to show us houses at times that worked for us.
