Ed had originally helped us find our home, then we returned to him when it was time to sell it on. His expert knowledge of the area and insightful knowledge on comps and where to invest to make sure that our home would stand out in a challenging timing/market, really helped ease us through the difficult process of selling on our home. I know that without his expertise here, we wouldn't have been as successful in selling this as we ended up being and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably he set expectations, then was able to meet and exceed them as we progressed through the process. Many thanks to Ed for helping make a process that I haven't wanted to face for a while, a process that was as smooth as I could have possibly hoped for. I would recommend Ed to anybody looking for a buyer or sellers agent who is professional, but friendly throughout the process and is able to set realistic expectations, while continuously keeping an optimistic outlook. He's a great person that makes a great agent!
