As a first-time homebuyer, I felt guided and supported by Ed through a very twisty-turning buying experience. All through it Ed was patient and explained everything clearly to me, there was no problem that Ed couldn't solve. He played therapist, mentor and puzzle solver. Selling my place wasn't easy especially having to deal with the city government and Ed went over and beyond to get everything ready to sell and followed the process very closely to make sure everything was done accordingly. There is no other person who I would've trusted with my place and Ed is an amazing, patient and wonderful guy. There is absolutely no doubt that you can trust Ed to get your place sold and will do whatever he needs to accomplish that. Ed had originally helped us find our home, then we returned to him when it was time to sell it on. His expert knowledge of the area and insightful knowledge on comps and where to invest to make sure that our home would stand out in a challenging timing/market, really helped ease us through the difficult process of selling on our home. I know that without his expertise here, we wouldn't have been as successful in selling this as we ended up being and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably he set expectations, then was able to meet and exceed them as we progressed through the process.
