Knows the market and provides great guidance
Ed Farnaghi has a well-rounded appreciation of real estate and its dynamics. He leverages his career experiences as a soils engineer and as an appraiser to amplify his vision and understanding of the current real estate market. He was able to share his broader perspective with me in terms that I could understand, thus providing me with the information I needed to act and make decisions. He is a hard working agent, all the while remaining easy-going and personable. As the changes affecting agents' commissions evolves, he definitely provided great value at a reasonable cost. If I had another condo to sell in Mission Viejo or nearby towns, I certainly would connect with Ed again.
