From the minute I met asked Echo to help me find a place near the water, she was on it! She would look initially for condos, as I had asked her to do, I drove me around wherever there was a condo for sale in my price range. But when viewing the condos and the associated fees, I decided to shift my focus to rather by a home, and she started a new search for myself, and advised me for what to look for in a home, like repairs and so forth, and what a fair price to offer could be. After many trips, with also my daughter in law, when I was out of town, she found a home that was exactly what I was looking for, and again advised on what to offer, and the reason for what would be a fair price. After I purchased the home she helped me in finding different services and helped me set them up, and even met some service provider when I was unable to meet them. Could not have asked for a Better Real Estate Agent, and can only highly recommend Echo Belser to anybody that is in search od any kinds of real estate.
