Echo has been the best realtor I have worked with in 45 years of buying and selling multiple homes. She is knowledgeable, prompt, has loads of experience and is the hardest working agent I know. She sold my house at a top of the neighborhood price, in a little over a week. She knew what about the house was unique and value enhancing, did a great online pitch piece and photography, aggressively marketed the property and personally attended multiple showings within the first few days. She is no "list it and leave it" agent. She takes the time, is personally involved with just about everything (showings, follow up, document prep, feedback, etc.), is incredibly responsive, reasonable and quite effective. She continues to follow up well after the sale, helping me with some lingering details from my old location.
