I was introduced to Mrs. Eboni Greene through her husband Mr. Greene. I was in the process of taking my condo off the market to sit dormant after serveral months of failed attempts to sale with another agent. Meeting Mrs. Eboni was a pleasure, she took time to listen to my wishes. After viewing my property, she and Mr. Greene offered suggestions to make the home more appealing to buyers. I felt very comfortable. Knowing that I was in good hands. I know the process can be very stressful and time consuming. But it's all worth it. When you have somebody that knows exactly what they're doing. Very kind able to handle situations and in stressful times. able to calm you down and bring it down to you where you going to understand the process. And professional at all times. Truly 5 stars does not do them justice. Detrick and Eboni Greene are genuinely the best realtors I’ve ever encountered. They went above and beyond every single step of the (long and unexpectedly difficult, no fault of theirs) process. Every hurdle that came up, they handled effortlessly and did literally everything they possibly could to help us. We sold our house while living over 4 hours away, walking away with more than expected, and all the credit goes to them. I would never even consider using any other realtor period. I can not give them enough praise!
