Earl's advise was excellent on our purchase of Fairview Terrace unit #35. He was diligent in following up on all loose ends from keys to golf cart pink slip. I had worked with Earl in the past on another purchase of 133 Upper Terrace and that purchase went smoothly even though it was a short sale with a bank involved. I believe Earl has many years of "local" experience to give you great advise and an honest opinion. I would not hesitate recommending Earl to anyone considering a purchase here in Avalon. Jerry Dunn
