EJ is the best. Besides just being a super sweet person, she is very knowledgeable and uses her knowledge to help her clients. EJ is the 3rd real estate agent we’ve worked with on home purchases or sales and by far went above and beyond what either of our good previous agents did for us in terms of the time she spent with and for us. EJ helped us find our house and then sell it 8 years later. She is highly knowledgeable regarding the local market and real estate in general. She listened to our desires and worked hard to meet them. She also put for extra effort in a crazy seller's market to make sure our house stood out and got the attention we wanted as soon as it went on the market. She brought in a stager and professional photographer who made the house look amazing. A neighbor on our street with a comparable home chose not to use EJ after speaking with her. This neighbor's home sold within a couple of weeks of ours for $40k less than we got. I imagine she regretted her decision. We have bought and sold 5 homes and EJ is the best agent we have had the privilege to work with.

EJ 's knowledge of this market was extremely important as I just moved from out-of-state and was completely unfamiliar with the market. She kept me informed on practically a daily basis on available properties and was always available to show me those I was interested in.
