Best Agent Ever... The Great Communicator.

During arguably one of the the worst times ever to buy a home when inflation has run amok, when rates are skyrocketing, and when sub-million dollar new construction is non-existent, Dylan was able to help us find and actually close on the right home for our family in the most competitive school district in the state to buy a house. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and just pleasant to work with- the most helpful tool among Dylan's litany of attributes is her exceptional communication skills. She incredibly good at setting realistic expectations about how high an offer will need to be, but will also disclose how much you should NOT be paying to win a listing... I don't think too many agents are willing to provide that level of care and earnestness with their clients, but this helped us make make the right decisions and feel like we really had a trusted friend guiding us. Her communication skills also extend across the table in how thoroughly she reaches out to and stays in contact with other agents to ensure that the offer submitted is not just a number, but provides a lot of valuable context and detail that I believe is ultimately how we were able to secure our new home with such good terms. Without hesitation, I would say Dylan is a true friend who sincerely advocated for us and who I will always recommend to anyone needing the best agent. I only wish she was available to shepherd and broker ever major purchase we ever had to make... Thank you very much, Dylan.
