We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.

In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and just pleasant to work with- the most helpful tool among Dylan's litany of attributes is her exceptional communication skills. She incredibly good at setting realistic expectations about how high an offer will need to be, but will also disclose how much you should NOT be paying to win a listing... I don't think too many agents are willing to provide that level of care and earnestness with their clients, but this helped us make make the right decisions and feel like we really had a trusted friend guiding us. Her communication skills also extend across the table in how thoroughly she reaches out to and stays in contact with other agents to ensure that the offer submitted is not just a number, but provides a lot of valuable context and detail that I believe is ultimately how we were able to secure our new home with such good terms. Without hesitation, I would say Dylan is a true friend who sincerely advocated for us and who I will always recommend to anyone needing the best agent.
