Dylan made the home buying process easy, enjoyable, and understandable from start to finish. As first time home buyers, we did not know where to begin, but he made sure we knew everything we needed and was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about every question we had. If he didn't know the answer to something, he would quickly figure it out and get back to us. When we were viewing homes with him, he would set up showings for us as soon as possible, was flexible with our schedule, and he proved to have extensive knowledge of not just the local real estate market, but also an understanding of the quality of the houses and how much work they might need to help us better grasp what we were dealing with at each property. Once we found the home we wanted, he helped us with the offer, negotiation, and closing as well to make sure we got a fair deal and he recommended excellent people to work with for each part of the process. I truly enjoyed working with Dylan and have him to thank for helping us find our wonderful home!
