Based on my past experiences with real estate agents (as a buyer) I was skeptical to hire an agent when the time came to sell a home, so I had convinced myself I would just sell the house on my own, how hard could it be... once I got some knowledge on all the things I would need to safely and successfully sell this home I realized I wouldn't be able to do it alone. So the search began, and out of the few agents I had called I didn't find one that made me even want to meet them in person. Coincidently a friend of ours had just sold her home and HIGHLY recommended Dyango as an agent, she had nothing but good things to say about her experience with him as her agent, and I quickly understood why. Since the moment I contacted him I could already tell he would be the agent I hired. He got to work immediately on getting me some information on the market in the area the home was located in. Once we met and did a walk through of the home itself, he was honest and realistic with what we could list the home for and what we should expect as far as offers, and actual selling price. Once hired Dyango was on the ball in every aspect possible. Any bit of information he had he would relay it immediately, answered our questions and was very helpful with anything we had doubts about. Once the house went under contract things moved so smoothly and quickly that I was in shock, I couldn't believe how easy Dyango made this process! I'm glad I decided to hire Dyango and didn't attempt to go at it alone cause lord knows how that would have gone. If we ever decide to buy or sell again we can rest assured that we have a reliable real estate agent who knows what he's doing and does it with pride. Don't make the mistake of hiring anyone else!
