I worked closely with Dwight over a few months to sell my home. He showed up within 24 hours of the first time I contacted him to take a look at the property, is very professional and incredibly easy to work with. He offered a lot of things that other realtors I looked into did not; I really appreciated the up front home inspection he did (that he paid for out of pocket!), as well as the professional photography. Admittedly, I thought my property would be a tough one to sell, but Dwight worked his magic faster than I thought we would. There was some repairs needed as well, and Dwight had a contractor take care of it for no money up front (paid at time of closing). Overall, I would say if you're looking for a realtor in Southwest VA, Dwight Atkinson is your man!
