Her knowledge about potential buyers, the way the house was set up for showings (better than I ever made it look), and the way I was always kept updated on appointments and open houses were top rate. I can't say enough great things about Dusty. We had a long and difficult transaction and Dusty was wonderful to work with. She was always prepared, thorough and had excellent follow-up. She negotiated aggressively on our behalf. She was able to keep transaction moving along, in spite of the bumps and a not-so-prepared agent in the other side. I have called on her numerous times since the close of escrow and she has been able to provide me with local subcontractors and resources. Many agents are adequate in easy transactions. Dusty is a experienced, hard working, go get it done agent. Easy to communicate with. Professional Photos, Open Houses and Advertising outside local area. Had house in the Real Estate Magazine twice to help promote the interest. She worked on making the sale! We had rural property with a easement driveway into the property. Dirt road that went through 2 other properties. Septic tank and our gas for the house was propane. Though a beautiful house & Federal & State land on 2 sides.....it was not a easy sale. Dusty was able to make it happen. I would use her again.

Dusty went out of her way to assist in both finding our home but walking us through the process. We had a unique situation after our inspection, the seller was not willing to pay for the items needed for inspection. Dusty herself paid out of pocket for those issues so we could close on our home. In my opinion you would be very fortunate to have her on your team whether buying or selling. She is fantastic
