Dusty had a contract on the sale of our house in about one week. At the eleventh hour, it fell our of escrow. It was due to the lenders omissions. Immediately, Dusty reached out and we devised a new marketing strategy an relisted the house. In less than one month we had another contract. She kept me posted throughout the escrow and we promptly addressed any possible snag. Dusty Rhoton is unstoppable when faced with any challenges in the real estate business.
