About Dusty

As someone who was born into a family that has been conducting business here on the Gulf Coast since 1959, Dusty truly has learned the area and the needs of the population. After 12 years of experience managing up to 100 employees as the General Manager of two family entertainment centers (Gulf Bowl in Foley and Eastern Shores Lanes in Spanish Fort), he found his way into real estate sales through real estate investing. Dusty has flipped over 140 properties, as well as acquired many rental properties both long term and vacation rentals. After realizing that real estate was his true passion, he made the change to a full time Realtor in 2016. His passion, energy, and natural business acumen shot him up the ranks of Baldwin County real estate sales. He then enlisted Heather Cole, his wife, to assist with the rapid growth, which allowed the business to further explode. With over 800 sales personally and overseeing his team, which has accounted for another 700 transactions, Dusty has developed many sales and negotiation skills to better serve his clients. Dusty continues to lead The Dusty Cole Team and is also Broker/Owner of RE/MAX on the Coast.
