Dustin Rankin

My wife and I were searching for a house in the Ankeny area for several months without success. We were relatively new to the Ankeny, having moved for work, which made our search more difficult. We met Dustin while touring a house he was showing, and we immediately hit it off. From the moment we met Dustin, he was easy-going and did not put any pressure on us to use him as our realtor. After several discussions over the following week, we made the easy decision to work with him. While working with Dustin, he was incredibly patient (we saw an additional 30+ homes), always responsive, and well-informed on the properties and areas we were interested in. He made the buying process so much easier, and thanks to his help and expertise, we were able to find a great house that meets, and exceeds, our needs.
