As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Dustin. Not only is Dustin super knowledgeable about the Atlanta market, he is an incredible professional who is extremely trustworthy and attentive. His attention to detail was outstanding and he kept me updated every step of the journey. Dustin was so patient with me and my questions since I did have a lot of them going through the condo buying process for the first time. He is an excellent communicator and is very organized and prepared. He thoroughly explained everything about how the condo buying process would work before we even started searching and I felt very prepared going to see the different places he found. Dustin did a great job of explaining how the FMLS system worked when I would go in and look at the listings. While we were visiting different condos, he listened as I discovered things I liked and things I didn't, and then incorporated those in future searches. When I had questions pop up for the sellers, Dustin was able to get those answers for me in a timely fashion which really helped the process move smoothly. The part I loved most about our search was that he recommended some places that might not have been exactly what I thought I wanted which was super helpful for my process of really deciding what was and wasn’t important in my buying process. I am so grateful for Dustin’s expertise and when the time comes for me to sell and buy again, there’s no other realtor I would want to use.
