Dustin was a great partner and guide as he helped us find our first home. Since we are new to the homebuying process, we had tons of questions and some anxiety. Dustin remained patient with us and shared his knowledge and personal experiences, which helped us learn and feel at ease during the whole process. When touring homes, Dustin pointed out many things to look for and shared insight into things that are red flags vs things that are easily fixable/changed. When we went under contract, Dustin was extremely proactive about all of the necessary inspections that needed to be scheduled as well as recommending different trusted contractors (all of whom have been great so far). Finally, Dustin is an excellent communicator. We never had to wait long to hear back from Dustin about any questions or concerns - no matter the time or the day. He would also frequently send us updates that we didn't have to ask for, which helped us stay connected and informed about the entire process.
