Kevin was amazing. He really took the time to get to know what we wanted, what we didn’t, and what we were flexible with. He really knew the areas we were looking at including the school system, the area(highway, parks, groceries) and even how close and far it was from what we both enjoyed doing. He was always open on how the market was, how the house was(market value and/or not) and what we needed if we truly loved the house. He always communicated via email and text messages and was open to showing homes any day we were available. He truly made it a fun experience and kept us pushing even when we were discouraged by the bidding wars. Our new home wouldn’t be ours without him.
