We were moving from Texas. Duff worked with my son, who lives in the area. Duff took time to listen, to me my wife and my son. Duff asked other agents and sellers questions, that we didn't know we should be asking. You talk about patience and knowledge. He has years of contacts that are very helpful. I had to remind myself, that we weren't his only client. He treated us special, I think he treats all of his clients that way. It was a pleasure to work with Duff. Thank you.

Duff was so helpful through our entire home buying process. Setting up showings was a breeze and he was always able to make himself or a colleague available to walk us through homes. We relied heavily on his market knowledge which we trusted completely. We agreed with him regarding negotiations, which he navigated confidently, and we had no issues. Us on the other hand were not and Duff kept ensuring us that our home would sell and all we needed was his type of patience. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. They were transparent with every transaction and had excellent communication. Every time that there was a document to sign, he would call me and explain it to me, so there was no confusion. That made this the best experience I've had with a realtor before. But he went way above and beyond, as I'm living in another state. And he's managing the sale for me. I ended up having a water week.That was losing a hundred and sixty gallons of water per hour.I didn't know what to do, but when I called him, he dropped everything.And got over there, not only was he able to figure out what the water leak was, but he was also able to help coordinate and work with the city, as they were showing up to try to investigate it as well. Every single experience I had with him was above expectations and he has such a kind heart and amazing person to talk to you.I highly recommend everybody goes to him!
