Ed has made the home search process so easy. He has brought us the type of homes we were looking for, not what he wanted to show us. When it comes time to negotiate, Ed lends his years of experience to the mix and makes the correct offers so not to alienate the seller with an unreasonable offer, but one that reflects value in the property. nI highly recommend Ed to anyone in the beginning stages of a home search or someone frustrated by their current realtor. He is a breathe of fresh air

Ed did a great job for us! He is very friendly, professional and thorough. We were especially impressed with how responsive he was to all of our needs. We would not hesitate to work with him again in the future and would recommend him to others.

Mr. Edwardd Klem is a great person who may be 90% of the reasons we were able to acquire this house. He is an excellent professional in all extension of the word.

The best realtor out there. He treated us like family. We are very grateful to have had him as our realtor. It was a very trying experience selling and buying at the same time, but he made it an overall smooth process. Will recommend him to all we know!

Ed is a true professional. He is always going the extra mile for his clients. Ed has taken us through every step of the buying process and shown us many homes which fit our criteria exactly. I am glad to have worked with Ed.
