About Drew

Drew moved to Charlotte from Orlando Florida with his wife Rochelle, and daughter Layne in early 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. After 13 years serving as a Deputy Sheriff, School Resource Officer, and Property Detective within the Orange County Sheriff's Office, he viewed the move to this city as an opportunity to serve his neighbors in a different way through residential real estate and as a local guide. Drew and Rochelle have been in love with Charlotte since they first visited when they were kids. It had been a lifelong dream of both of theirs to leave Florida behind and make their permanent home in the verdant city. And now Drew has his dream job of viewing homes and property every day, while still being able to help those in need. Drew prides himself on his ability to negotiate through high stake situations, while still providing a high level of customer service by being personable, communicative, organized, and relationship-driven. When Drew isn’t exploring homes, you can find him with his wife, daughter, and son, exploring the greenways, trails, and outdoor events this city has to offer. He’s obsessed with the Charlotte food scene, riding roller coasters at Carowinds, but is just as happy getting some movie theater popcorn and watching the latest blockbuster film.
