Going into this process I was a First time home buyer. There were a lot of upfront questions about the process that drew was able to answer, have a dialogue, and have an honest conversation. I was against a pretty tight timeline for my purchase as my company was moving me. He gave me clear insights how looking at a house how I could more competitive (While balancing personal risk/monetary adjustments). Never once did I feel pressure from Drew but was consistently asked if it fit my comfortability/budget to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions that had to be made. Throughout the process drew was very timely, open for visits, and ensure communication was a priority. While I will not name specifics, being an out of state individual there were instances where drew went out of his way to ensure I was meeting timeliness and checking boxes throughout the process.
