Going into this process I was a First time home buyer. There were a lot of upfront questions about the process that drew was able to answer, have a dialogue, and have an honest conversation. I was against a pretty tight timeline for my purchase as my company was moving me. He gave me clear insights how looking at a house how I could more competitive (While balancing personal risk/monetary adjustments). Never once did I feel pressure from Drew but was consistently asked if it fit my comfortability/budget to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions that had to be made. Throughout the process drew was very timely, open for visits, and ensure communication was a priority. While I will not name specifics, being an out of state individual there were instances where drew went out of his way to ensure I was meeting timeliness and checking boxes throughout the process. Drew in my eyes did all the necessary things to land me a home within 45 days after meeting him, he proved multiple times throughout the process that we was holding my purchase and my comfortability of the forefront. When we came to sell our house, I contacted Wendy Headley, who was the seller's agent when we bought the place 29 years ago (!), also my erstwhile neighbour & former colleague and permanent friend. Her son Drew, who I've known since his high school days, was the surprise bonus package! In fact, we ended up seeing more of him than Wendy, and he was a joy to work with. We followed their suggestions as to pricings, showings and all the minutae of selling a house, and that paid off in the speed with which we went from putting it on the market to accepting an offer - six days plus another week to closing! And Drew worked so hard, fielding a huge number of showings in just a few days time, long 'phone calls with us, guiding us through the many forms we had to fill on line: and we are around 80 so it takes a kind of special skill and a lot of patience to get us to understand what we need to do and in what order to do it, and Drew was amazing in that! He was never more than a short 'phone call away, could answer our questions fully (and patiently) and was really a pleasure to work with --- plus the fact that he has a cheerful, outgoing and positive personality made the whole 'ordeal' fun as well!
