Drew was a huge help by making sure I knew every part of a potential contract from earnest money to date of closing. Drew knowing how the housing and land market was moving and moving quickly helped by having all paperwork ready for a potential buy. Also having the OneHome app providing the most accurate results of what I was looking for. I was able to have a contract for a seller within one hour of seeing the property show up. It was simply call Drew after I drove by and he had the contact ready before I got back home (I live fuve minutes away from the property). This was again from having many conversations with Drew on what I was looking for and having everything from pre-approval to how much to escalate.
