It is no exaggeration to say that we never would have achieved our dream of purchasing a home in the historic district if we had had any other agent than Tony. Tony has a good deal of experience in renovating old houses, and as we toured our 123 year old house, we expected that we would encounter things that would require upgrading (such as the existing wiring) but we asked Tony to please indicate anything that he saw that was a true red flag. Tony took a great deal of time looking at all aspects of the home including the crawl space and attic, and felt that there were no serious red flag issues that should prevent us from purchasing the home. This conclusion was, of course, echoed by the very thorough home inspector that we engaged. If Tony had not had the knowledge and experience to make us feel comfortable with making an offer, we would have walked away. We were long distance purchasers, and Tony went above and beyond to assist us navigate from a distance all aspects of the sale, to obtain quotes from all the relevant tradespeople that we needed to engage, and to coordinate a work schedule for the contractor/plumber/electrician. His communication at all times was excellent; he quickly responded to our myriad of questions and kept us informed at all times regarding the status of the purchase. I would absolutely recommend Tony to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially an older home.
Rhett King did a spectacular job of helping us find an investment property. We have worked with many real estate agents over the years and we will work with him from now on.
