Greg worked with us to sell our furnished condo. He quickly put together an appealing ad, attractive staging, and showing. The property sold on the first day of showing with a full price offer. The following month was spend dealing with multiple buyer requests, arrangements with various contractors, and resolving lender requirements. All of these were dealt with quickly and efficiently because of Greg's experience. As we are/were out of state owners, it would have been impossible for us to deal with these multiple issues, but Greg was instantly available all along the way, frequently providing 24/7 hands on solutions. Overall, as positive a selling experience as we could have hoped for.
