He was congenial, knowledgeable, and professional right from the start. The associates he gathered into our purchase, I'll mention Ali here, had the same qualities. It was a good team, very responsive and supportive. We are relocating from Washington to Portland, OR. As a first time homebuyer I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had awesome Victoria Gooley as my realtor and everything I asked or had concerns about Victoria took care of for me. Sean was always prompt and courteous with his responses whenever we contacted him. Once we decided to list our house with Sean, we were a little surprised and impresses with how extensive the Drew Coleman team is. I will miss some names in this review because so many team members worked with us for the various moving parts of a home sale. Summer helped with scheduling pictures and drone video. The pictures and drone team member did a great job. The physical signage was prompt and professional. It may seem not important, but the ‘For Sale’ sign quality is nicer than the competition (the little things matter to me). Alisha was very helpful with the process once we were under contract. And other team members contributed as well. It really made an impression on my wife and I as to how much is involved with a home sale. Through out the process, Sean eased our nerves and coached us through all of the disclosures, contractor help with needed repairs, price negotiating and home inspection. Everybody at the Drew Coleman team was amazing in helping my wife and I finding our first home. Aaron Pontius helped us so much! Over all Aaron and the team were amazing to work with every step of the way. The wife and I had a newborn during all this time processing the set up for our new house and they worked with us every step of the way. They took action when it came to helping us out with the new house and were very considerate to our needs also were very understanding. They taught us both a lot about being first home buyers/ owners. Although we have alot of work ahead my wife and I couldn't be happier with any other team. We worked with Aaron as first-time home buyers. Aaron made the process as smooth as possible in every regard. He stayed on top of everything throughout the entire time and helped us win the bid even when other offers were more than ours. He referred us to a great mortgage lender as well who helped us get a great rate and was just as helpful throughout the process.

We were looking for a house over an hour away from The Drew Coleman Team, but Anzlie was always willing to make the trip on a days notice. She was also able to get us a better closing deal when our inspection came back with some issues. I would definitely work with Anzlie and the Drew Coleman Team again.
