My confidence in Doug Zeller is so high that I let him bid on my purchase before I looked at the house. My best purchasing experience, ever. I've bought several homes in the past and Doug Zeller is by far the most customer oriented. I never felt rushed or like I was wasting his time. I made multiple changes to my home purchase interests and criteria but Doug always made adjustments. He is patient, listens, and understands what drives a personal decision to purchase. As an out of town shopper moving to the Sacramento area Doug was eager to show me many different areas and options for a first time purchase. He listened to my needs (sometimes ever changing) and target budget over the course of several months. He even viewed homes on my behalf with little notice when I could not make the trip. He was knowledgeable on home constructions, amenities, and local trends. After signing, he negotiated aggressively with sellers agent to get me a best possible price and total package offering. When Doug was not available his wife Nicole was always available to provide answers or research my inquiries. I had an excellent experience working with the Zeller team and also made lifelong friends in the process.

Doug was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful from the first time we spoke. I was moving from out of state and he spent a significant amount of time educating me and driving me around so that I learned all about the area and where I wanted to live. Once we got into contract, his experience as a broker came through as a skilled negotiator. He really knows how to put his clients needs first. After the sale, he went above and beyond as far as helping me coordinate repairs I was scheduling as I was still out of state. He was very hospitable and his wife and him are fun to hang out with! We have since become friends and I look forward to our growing friendship.

Doug fights for you! From submitting an offer, to inspections and close of escrow, Doug made this process seamless! He anticipated issues and had answers before we even asked the question. He responded to all emails immediately and followed through with everybody involved. We never had to ask!
