In the fall of 2021, I began seriously contemplating a relocation from SF to LA.  I have a lot of friends here that encouraged the opportunity to start a new adventure, majority of them from the Bay Area.  I've been very lucky to have known Doug as a friend for many years and always enjoyed real estate talk, so I did not hesitate to contact him to start up my search. First, Doug is such a nice guy! He is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business, he's extremely knowledgeable of what it takes to navigate the challenges of a competitive market. My offer/purchase experience was literally a weekend in April 2022: 1) I spoke to Doug mid-week 2) Friday, flew into BUR  3) Saturday, viewed two properties, fell in love with one 4) Sunday AM, Doug advises making an offer on the one I love, BEFORE we view another property 5) Meet Doug at another prop to view + go back to the property I made an offer on for 2nd view  6) Fly back to SF 7) Monday AM, Doug calls to discuss a counter and the nuances of this particular offer 8) Counter submitted 9) Tuesday, my offer accepted!  10) Closed in June 2022. (Picture a mike drop emoji) If this isn't skillful or agile...all of this behind the scenes executed seamlessly and promptly, during a weekend! I also want to emphasize that each time I spoke with Doug, he's able to share more information extracted from his conversations with the sellers agent.  Having such information makes for an educated and informed decision on any buyers part.  Thank you Doug, for supporting what was initially a dream to being a huge part of curating it into a reality. I'm forever grateful.
