I chose Doug Schenk to help find my first home and I am so happy that I did! Buying my first home seemed nothing more than daunting at best, but Doug was right by my side to help me understand the process and ease my apprehension. I was not an easy customer- I had no idea what I wanted or where I wanted to buy but Doug’s knowledge of the market and capital region led me to my forever home in no time. Doug kept me well informed throughout the process and was eager to help make my dreams come true -not just make a sale. He told me the things I needed to hear, not just what I wanted to hear. Once I found my forever home we came up with a great offer and he took the time to really make sure I was comfortable with every decision. The inspection revealed a few minor issues and Doug actually got more off of the asking price than I asked for! I closed on my home in just 6 short weeks and Doug was there through every step of the way! If/when I decide to buy again I will absolutely go through Doug Schenk..,. Thank you Doug!!
