It was a special time working with Doug. He took the time to understand what we wanted and we needed, offered his advice, never asked for us to agree with him but let us make our own decisions as to what to do when it came time. When it came time for us to do something he always by our side all the way. He provided had very good advice and everything worked out positively, always having our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Doug for any real-estate transactions our home advice.

Doug was spot on regarding the value of our house. However, based upon the market hype and advice of numerous friends and relatives we initially set the price much higher. After getting very little interest despite Doug's hard work, we eventually lowered it in stages to the price Doug originally recommended. The house sold then within a week of doing so. While initially setting the price higher than recommended did cost us a little time, lowering it to what Doug had recommended not only sold it fast but proved Doug had an excellent grasp of the market. Adding that to all the hard work he put in before the closing working with our lawyer and the seller's lawyer to make sure everything was in place in a timely manner are the reasons I would highly reccomend him to anyone.

Doug was an excellent real estate agent. He sold our house while we were out of state. He was always available for questions and worked hard to get us the best price possible. So grateful for all of his hard work in getting our house sold!

Doug was so great to my wife Becca and I, in our quest to find a home. He was always available to answer any and all question that we had and went above and beyond his call of duty. He even helped me install hand rails to meet FHA standards for the house we bought. Becca and I will be forever grateful for his service to us and we will recommend him whenever we get a chance to.
