It was a special time working with Doug. He took the time to understand what we wanted and we needed, offered his advice, never asked for us to agree with him but let us make our own decisions as to what to do when it came time. When it came time for us to do something he always by our side all the way. He provided had very good advice and everything worked out positively, always having our best interest in mind.
