He was instrumental in the entire process of selling my home from providing guidance on Preparing my home for sale, his strong knowledge and understanding of current market Conditions to set the right pricing and timing of going to market Including ensuring setting my expectations . He did an incredible job leading me through challenges I encountered with a sewer connection issue that has to be addressed prior to the close. Douglas went above and beyond to help me through getting permits and keeping contractors on target to complete the project. He truly helped me rise above the challenges and miraculously we maintained our close date. I could not have done this without him!

Douglas was always available via phone or text. When there was a delay, returned communication was never more than an hour. Douglas was resourceful in obtaining plumbers, electricians, stagers, appraisers, gardeners and housekeepers. He assisted me with obtaining a Cert of Compliance through Santa Clara County Planning and was in constant communication with ongoing service people while the house was on the market. With all my questions, if Doug couldn't answer them, he was diligent in seeking them out. Doug is a very approachable person.
