As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and a lot of nerves — Doug got me into my first home, and he made the whole process feel manageable. Importantly, Doug isn’t a salesman, he’s an advocate. He took the time to be a teacher and an advocate for me and my home, not just push me toward “the deal.” Doug genuinely listens to what you need and finds options that actually fit you. He was always available whenever I had questions or needed guidance. On top of all that, he’s simply good people.
