Doug Bennett was the key in our ability to sell our home at an excellent price. Doug had data at his fingertips that we relied on to the set the listing price and to evaluate the offers. We have have bought and sold 6 homes over our lifetime and Doug Bennet was by far the best realtor we’ve ever had. His pleasant and calm demeanor makes him very easy to work with. He is extremely responsive to every call, text and email we sent. He was fully prepared for every call or meeting and is generous with his time but does not waste your time. We have encountered real estate agents who have retired from successful careers in other businesses and we felt that selling homes was quite honestly a side hustle to supplement retirement. That is certainly not the case with Doug, who is full-on working to sell your home. He knows the local market extremely well and quickly understood that our home needed to be targeted to a niche market and he did an outstanding job doing so.

Not only is Doug personable, but he is extremely knowledgeable in the entire process of searching for and closing on a home. He was able to show us multiple homes in our price range and, once we chose one, expertly guided us through the entire process, from making an offer to the final walkthrough. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and greatly appreciate all Doug did to help us purchase it.

Doug knew that this was our second listing in less than a year. He did not overwhelm us with statistics and trends we were already familiar with. At the same time any information we needed was received as soon as we requested it. Communication was excellent. Never had a problem reaching him and he was always available to us. His confidence in selling our home was very calming from the beginning, something that was very much appreciated. I am glad you asked!! We are John and Claribel Boubaris! We reside in NY and like every other traveler in 2021, we were so glad and thankful to finally go away somewhere! Like every other year before 2020, our destination in April is always Florida, to Disney and see my parents. Which happen to live in Solivita. We stayed with them for a couple of days waiting for our time share to be ready. My husband in conversation happen to mention "I love your home" to my parents. Well, it opened up a big can of worms...honestly I am always happy to visit, but to live there is another big story. My parents responded, "since you have time, would you like to go see the new models?" "We both said, ok, but WE ARE NOT BUYING, WE ARE JUST LOOKING"! They mentioned Doug, a good friend of theirs that happens to be a realtor.... we agreed. But we felt, we didn't want to waste Doug's time. The day came and we met Doug. His presence was so friendly and professional. We went around to a few homes and he was very patience every single time answering every question and providing us with paper work about each and every home. We ended the meeting after about 4 hrs and this poor guy never showed any signs of being tired or having enough of us, (lol!) We expressed, after seeing quite of few homes and thanks to his continuing positive attitude, We finally knew what we wanted. And to be honest, we didn't even know exactly what we wanted until he took us around. He did his homework and contacted us another day and we set up another appointment to met up again. This is when he brought us to the home that we now are proud to say IS OUR NEW HOME IN FLORIDA! We are so blessed and this experience has showed us there are Realtors selling houses, but with Doug we found a Realtor that brought us to our dream home.
