Doug listened and did his research. After chatting a bit, Doug understood my priorities for a house and yard. Then he went to work. He was able to find something that met almost all of my criteria, and something that has been sitting on the market awhile, so we could get it at a price that met my budget. This was the first house we looked at, and every house we looked at afterward kept getting compared to this one. The choice was obvious.
