Doug Sutherland has lived in the Charlotte/ Lake Norman area for nearly 40 years, and loves it. "I love the people, the climate, the communities, and their history. How many people do I know who came here to visit family or friends, and ended up settling here? Charlotte and the area surrounding it are a real melting pot for people from all over. Doug focuses on commercial real estate sales, consulting, and leasing, with a focus on office, industrial, and multi-famfily properties. He is a member of the CCIM institute and holds the designation. Member Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. Member Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, National Association of Realtors, Carolinas Multiple Listing Service, and North Carolina Association of Realtors. Active member and foundinng board member of the Charlotte chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of American (AREAA). Doug holds an MBA in Finance from UNC Charlotte, with emphasis in Real Estate. Previously, he was a banker in the Charlotte and Lake Norman markets, providing commercial finance and commercial banking services.
