Doug was our realtor when we bought this house 21 years ago and here we are full circle as he supported us in selling it. Additionally he sold a rental home for us earlier this year. Both properties sold within 10 days! He was invaluable in helping us understand the market and offered suggestions in preparing the home for sale. He also provided a list of professional contractors he had experience with that we were able to leverage in clean up, staging, inspections and relocation. Additionally he and his team excelled at keeping us informed of the process especially since we had moved out of the area. Between Doug, his team and his contacts they all made the process seamless. Thanks Doug!
